1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CoinReward ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Platform. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Account Rules

  • Each person may create only one account. Multiple accounts will result in permanent bans and forfeiture of all balances.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must not share your account with others or transfer it to another person.
  • Accounts must be registered with a valid email address that you control.

4. Earning Coins

  • Coins are earned by completing tasks, playing games, referring friends, and other activities offered on the Platform.
  • Task rewards are set by the Platform and may change at any time without notice.
  • The Platform reserves the right to reverse coin awards if fraud or manipulation is detected.
  • Using bots, scripts, VPNs, proxies, or any automated tools to earn coins is strictly prohibited.

5. Withdrawals

  • Withdrawals are subject to a minimum amount of 5,000 coins.
  • The coin-to-currency conversion rate is set by the Platform and may be adjusted at any time.
  • All withdrawal requests are subject to review and may be delayed or denied if suspicious activity is detected.
  • The Platform is not liable for delays caused by payment processors or banking institutions.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Create multiple accounts or use fake identities
  • Use automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform
  • Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform
  • Engage in fraudulent referral activity (e.g., self-referrals, fake signups)
  • Upload harmful content, malware, or engage in hacking attempts
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or staff

7. Account Suspension & Termination

The Platform reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, any remaining coin balance may be forfeited.

8. Verification

The Platform may require identity verification (KYC) for certain features, withdrawal limits, or security purposes. Documents submitted for verification are handled according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code on the Platform is the property of CoinReward and may not be reproduced, distributed, or modified without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

CoinReward is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
